Regulation Overview

A regulation is one named, published set of match rules — the format you play under. When you join the queue you queue for one regulation, and you are only matched with other players who chose the same one.

The classic competitive format: killer vs coordinated team of four survivors, played under most strict rules.

Atypical format: killer vs 2 pairs of Duo survivors. No cross VC. A bit smaller killer pool and less strict perk restrictions. Still rated.
