Privacy and Public Data
Change history
- 1.0 — 2026-06-15: Initial policy.
What information the service holds, what may be shown publicly, and what is kept private.
This is the single canonical privacy policy for the service. Other pages link here rather than repeat it.
What the service holds
Section titled “What the service holds”To run matchmaking, the service keeps a small amount of information about you:
- Your profile: display name, in-game player id, your linked Discord account, and any platform connections you add.
- Your match history: the matches you took part in and their recorded results.
- Your ratings, for the formats that are rated.
This information is used to run matchmaking, record results, and keep your history accurate.
What stays private
Section titled “What stays private”The day-to-day state of using the service is private. It is not published on this website and is not shown to other players beyond what a match requires. In particular, the following are never made public:
- Your account and profile details.
- Your group memberships.
- Whether you are in the queue, and your queue or match state.
- Match line-ups, readiness, and private match coordination.
- Result proposals and any individual rating changes.
- Staff cases, evidence, and moderation records.
Some details are shared only with the people who need them — for example, the other players in your match see what they need to set up and play the game.
What may be public
Section titled “What may be public”Only information suitable for public view is ever shown publicly. Your display name may be visible to people you play with. If the service later adds public features such as a leaderboard, they will only ever show data that is appropriate to publish, and will be clear about what they show. Private state — the items listed above — stays private regardless.
This website
Section titled “This website”This website is public and is mostly a static handbook. It uses no advertising trackers and no behavioural profiling. Any usage measurement is kept aggregate and privacy-friendly, and the site only keeps the basic technical logs needed to operate and protect it. You do not need an account to read it.
Your data and contact
Section titled “Your data and contact”If you leave the service, your account is deactivated and your records are kept so that past matches stay accurate; permanent deletion is a separate staff action (see Player Profile). For any question about your data, contact staff in Discord.
