Eligibility and Participation
Change history
- 1.0 — 2026-08-26: Initial policy.
The requirements for joining Arena and remaining eligible to play. These requirements apply across all game modes unless a game mode states additional requirements.
Supported region
Section titled “Supported region”Arena currently supports players in Asia. Players must be able to take part reliably in the region’s matchmaking and scheduled play.
Discord account
Section titled “Discord account”You must have one Discord account that meets Arena’s current minimum account-age requirement. Use that account as your Arena identity.
- No alternate accounts. Do not register or participate through another Discord account.
- Keep your identity accurate. Do not use another person’s account or misrepresent who you are when registering or playing.
Trust and player-safety history
Section titled “Trust and player-safety history”To participate, you must not have a history that makes fair or safe play unreasonable to expect. This includes:
- bans for cheating, hacking, or similar unfair-play activity; and
- recent severe toxic behaviour that significantly worsened other players’ experience.
Staff may review relevant history and context when deciding eligibility. They may refuse, suspend, or remove access where necessary to protect fair play and the player experience.
While participating
Section titled “While participating”Eligibility is ongoing. Players must continue to meet these requirements and follow Participation and Conduct while using Arena.
